Omiros Nicholas is a Law Society Mental Health Tribunal Panel member and has extensive experience in mental capacity law and in conducting High Court Judicial Reviews.
He regularly represents clients at Tribunals and Managers Meetings as well as advising and representing clients in ‘Best Interests’ applications in the High Court (Family Division), Court of Protection and nearest relative displacement proceedings in the County Court.
