We have designed a set of fixed fees as well as a 'pay as you go' option to help. They are designed to appeal to people who are confident about dealing with matters themselves and just need some basic advice as well as people who feel they would rather we did everything. Prices vary depending on what level of service you need or can afford.
The three main fixed fee services that we offer are: -

- Option 2 provides our guide with targeted assistance from us to help you through the process.
- Petitioner - £400 (plus VAT)
- Respondent - £200 (plus VAT)
- Option 3 is full representation where we take all the work off your hands.
- Petitioner - £800 (plus VAT)
- Respondent - £400 (plus VAT)
Fixed Fee Appointments
We understand that some people find it helpful to come to see us with the knowledge that the cost of the appointment is fixed and that there is no obligation to use our services beyond that first meeting. We offer two types of fixed fee initial meetings on all or any aspects of family law including divorce, financial settlements and matters relating to children.
- 1 hour consultation with no follow-up £150 + VAT
- 1 hour consultation with follow-up letter confirming advice given £200 + VAT
