The Government has launched further consultation on zero-hours contracts and seeks views on how to avoid employers exploiting any loopholes in the plan to ban the proposed exclusivity clauses in zero hours contracts.
The consultation also seeks views on penalties and remedies. The results of the consultation will determine what further regulations are required to deal with avoidance of the ban (if any) and consultation closes on 3rd November 2014.
