HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) have now pushed back the deadline for professionals submitting paper applications for probate due to problems with the online system.

Paper applications for probate will now be accepted up until 11th January 2021. Many solicitors have now successfully signed-up to and have successfully used the online system with HMCTS but many have had trouble, hence the extension.

Chryso is a solicitor in the Wills, Trusts & Probate and Court of Protection departments.
