Islington Support Payment Scheme
The Islington Support Payment Scheme is now live for those who suffered non-recent abuse at a care home under the authority of Islington Council.
The scheme offers a support payment of up to £10,000. It is currently live until May 2024.
There are 4 stages to the support payment scheme:
- Submission of the application
- ID confirmation checks
- Assessment of the application
- Referral to an Independent Appeal Panel (if necessary)
