Tatiana is a Trainee Solicitor in our North Finchley Office. She joined GN Law as a Paralegal in 2017.
Tatiana works with the Actions against the Police and Public Bodies team and the Family Law team.
Actions against the Police and Public Bodies
Tatiana assists on all aspects of complaints and civil actions, including claims for assault, trespass, wrongful arrest/false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, misfeasance in a public office, judicial review, discrimination, breaches against human rights and data protection/GDPR claims.
Tatiana assists in relation to all aspects of family law, including children matters (child arrangements disputes, contact issues, relocation, Legal Gateways and care proceedings) and divorce matters (civil divorce, financial remedies and domestic violence).
Tatiana advises both clients who are eligible to receive legal aid as well as private clients.
Tatiana also has experience advising clients detained under the Mental Health Act 1983 including applications to the First-tier Tribunal (Mental Health) and Hospital Managers Hearings.
She is extremely passionate about her work and aims to ensure that she achieves the best outcome for all of her clients at a stressful time.

Personal Interests and Activities
Tatiana is passionate about human rights, the environment and animal welfare. She loves skiing, yoga and scuba diving. She is a certified PADI Rescue and Nitrox Diver.
