Wills Solicitors

At GN Law, our Wills Solicitors in London understand that creating a will can feel daunting. Having a well-crafted will is one of the most important things you can do to ensure your wishes are respected and your loved ones are taken care of after you’re gone.

How can we help?

A well-crafted will offers a multitude of benefits. It ensures clarity by outlining your wishes for your assets, minimising confusion and potential disputes among beneficiaries. Proper estate planning with a will can also help you reduce inheritance tax, maximising the value of your legacy passed on to loved ones. Furthermore, a will empowers you to protect your family by appointing guardians for minor children and establishing trusts to safeguard the well-being of vulnerable beneficiaries.

GN Law offers a range of will writing and estate planning services to meet your individual needs. Our experienced Wills Solicitors can help you with:

  • Simple Wills: For individuals with straightforward estates.
  • Mirror Wills: For couples who wish to leave their assets to each other and then to named beneficiaries.
  • Complex Wills: For situations involving significant assets, trusts, or blended families.
  • Codicils: To make changes to an existing will.
  • Letters of Wishes: To express your preferences for your funeral arrangements without having legal effect.
  • Deeds of Variation: To modify the terms of a will after death (with the agreement of beneficiaries).
  • Trusts: To protect assets for beneficiaries or manage them according to your wishes.
