• Children Agreements: Informal children agreements between parents regarding living arrangements and contact. While not court-ordered, they can be helpful and used as evidence in future disputes.
• Child Arrangement Orders: Formal court orders outlining where a child lives and how much time they spend with each parent. These child arrangement orders are legally binding.
• Enforcement of Child Arrangements: We can assist you in enforcing existing child arrangements orders if your former partner is not complying with the terms.
• Prohibited Steps Orders and Specific Issue Orders: These court orders can be used to restrict specific actions regarding a child or determine specific issues related to their upbringing.
• Child Abuse: We can offer legal support and representation if your child has been abused or is at risk of abuse.
• Child Relocation: We can advise and represent you on matters related to relocating a child within the UK or to another country. This can be a complex process, and our team can help you understand the legal requirements and considerations involved.

We understand that some people find it helpful to come to see us with the knowledge that the cost of the appointment is fixed and that there is no obligation to use our services beyond that first meeting. We offer two types of fixed fee initial meetings on all or any aspects of family law including divorce, financial settlements and matters relating to children.
