Our team regularly deals with cases in the County Court and High Court and also cases issued in the Court of Appeal for a wide variety of Children cases. We are results-driven in all cases we take on – we do not give up!

Our knowledge is not limited to the legal aspects, but we also have a good understanding of different religions and heritage. We take on board and value the intricacies of each individual case and have a vast amount of experience in dealing with particularly complex matters where language, religion, culture and tradition are contested issues.

Our children team regularly go out of their way to accommodate our clients to ensure that they are able to see a member of the team and get the advice that they need at a time convenient for them.
